MixWork is building the MixWork Academy Remote Professional Certification — a mandatory course that every new joiner must complete and pass in their first weeks with us. It teaches the five MixWork values and the practical standards behind them: how to work professionally for a client who is in another country and cannot see you work.
Eight modules, one video each, with a quiz after every module and a pass mark of 75%.
Why it matters. This is not a marketing video that plays once. It is a credential. Every person MixWork hires in Indonesia will watch it, and it stays in service for 24 months.
Why you. You are a reporter with strong public speaking and strong English. The course teaches people how to present themselves professionally on camera — it needs to be delivered by someone who visibly does that.
